When Saying You're Sorry is Sincere

Saying you're sorry or apologizing doesn't always mean you were wrong or admitting guilt but it does mean you want to pursue peace and reconciliation if you're sincere. I have often times had to admit my guilt and wrongdoing, but I have learned that sometimes the bigger challenge is relinquishing pride even my ego in taking the first step to say "I am sorry"... its the first step in saying "here is the open door, let us reason together, forgive each other for our shortcomings, our not meeting each other's expectations"... its the bridge to reconciliation no matter who is at fault, its the love that covers a multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8 "Above all, love each other deeply because love covers a multitude of sins."
